I had my 650 sq. ft. driveway professionally done about 5 or 6 years ago. But this time I decided to try and save myself a little money and do it myself. I watched several YouTube videos to get tips. First you need to fill in any cracks. I used  BLACK JACK Speed-Fill 10.1-fl oz Asphalt Patch. It comes in a tube that you load into a caulk gun. I ended up using 6 tubes @ $4 per tube. Next, you need to clean the driveway to remove any loose dirt or oil. I didn&#8217;t have any oil stains, so I just sprayed it down really well with a garden hose. A power washer would work great too, if you have one. For the sealer, I recommend getting the best one I can find. I went with BLACK JACK Ultra-Maxx 1000 4.75-Gallon Asphalt Sealer. I used 3 buckets @ $27.45 each. To spread the sealer I got the Blue Hawk 18-in x 3.75-in Palmyra Asphalt Brush for $4.98. The brush worked great, and for the price, I didn&#8217;t feel bad about tossing it in the trash after one use. I took my time and did the work over 2 afternoons when the weather was nice.
